Patrick Jost would be the first one to tell you-this is a revolutionary piece of gear! Of course, it is a Mac, so it leaves Windows (and of course Vista) gasping in the dust (yes, Linus is very cool, but “not quite there yet” in many ways). 

Apple’s customer service leaves a little to be desired, but once the thing is up and running-watch out!
